Who is the membership for?
The membership is designed for anyone interested in feltmaking, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced feltmaker. We have different success paths to ensure that everyone, regardless of their skill level, can benefit from being a member and enhance their feltmaking journey.

Can I join at a later date?
I open doors to the club a few times a year. Enrollment is set to close 8th of October, as my focus will be on supporting new members. We plan to reopen enrollment next year, although the date hasn't been finalized.

Do I have access to my classes bought before?
If you bought classes before enrolling in the membership, you will continue to have access to them regardless if you are a member or not. Your previous purchases will remain accessible.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to get the most from the club?
You don't need to be tech-savvy to make the most of the membership. We use Thinkific, the same platform where my online classes are hosted. Upon registering, you'll receive a welcome email with login details and clear instructions. You'll find a welcome video on your student dashboard, and we'll even have a welcome Zoom session to help you set up for success.

Currently, the club offers over 50 classes, ranging from beginner basics to advanced techniques for creating felt.

What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your membership at any time. If you had purchased classes before joining the membership, you will retain access to those classes. However, access to other membership materials will no longer be available.

I am a beginner. Can I join the membership?
Absolutely, the Felt With Lena Club is designed to cater to all levels of feltmakers. We have tailored success pathways to accommodate both experienced feltmakers and beginners. Each level is carefully crafted to introduce you to new techniques and help you build your skills, regardless of your starting point.

How often are new classes or content added to the membership?
New content is monthly added to the membership to keep it fresh and engaging. We run 2 monthly challenges and Lena adds a new content as part of the challenges, Zoom meetings and tips.

Is there a community forum or discussion board for members to connect and share experiences?
We have a closed Facebook group for members, where they share their projects, ask questions, and learn from one another. It's a great place to build relationships with fellow feltmakers.
