Yes. If you join Felt With Lena Membership and decide within 14 days that it’s not right for you, simply let us know and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when you join.

Monthly unlocking is designed to avoid overwhelm, support steady progress, and keep the membership affordable. You’ll always know when your next class is coming.

Every video within all classes includes a dedicated discussion area where you can ask questions at any time. Questions can be answered by other members in the community and are always answered by Lena.

You’re never left wondering or learning alone.

All content is delivered online and is available immediately after you join.

When you join the membership, you’ll receive an email with your login details, so please keep this email safe for future access.

You will also be invited to an onboarding call, where Lena will guide you through the membership and show you exactly where to find everything, helping you feel confident from the start.

The membership includes a growing library of pre-recorded classes, along with ongoing support. You can ask questions inside each class, and you’ll be supported in your feltmaking practice with guidance and encouragement throughout your journey.

People join Felt With Lena Membership for different reasons, but most come to learn new feltmaking techniques and gain confidence in their skills.

Over time, many members become more confident in their creative decisions and in their feltmaking practice. I’ve seen members grow from feeling unsure to creating work they’re truly proud of. Some members have gone on to sell their felted pieces, while others have felt confident enough to run their own workshops.

Every journey is different, but what remains consistent is the support, encouragement, and guidance inside the membership. I actively support and encourage all members, and the community itself includes people with a wide range of experience who are always happy to help, share knowledge, and celebrate each other’s progress.

This membership isn’t just about learning techniques — it’s about building confidence, finding your creative voice, and growing at your own pace in a supportive environment.

our membership access remains active while you’re subscribed. If you choose to cancel, access to membership content will end at the end of your paid period.

If your membership period includes a creative challenge that is delivered within a three-month cycle, you are welcome to keep access to that completed challenge, even after you leave the membership.

Any individual classes you purchased previously with lifetime access remain yours and are not affected.

Any classes you previously purchased with lifetime access remain available to you. Membership is a separate product and does not replace or remove anything you already own.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your dashboard and going to Account → Billing → Cancel Membership.

MEET FELTMAKER, TEACHER & CREATIVE COMPANION

LENA ARCHBOLD

Lena Archbold is a feltmaker, textile artist, and teacher who creates one-of-a-kind wearable art using wool, silk, and natural fibres. Born in Ukraine and now based in the North East of England, Lena discovered feltmaking in 2011, where it became both a creative passion and an important part of her recovery after cancer. Inspired by nature, architecture, and colour, she loves “painting with wool” and is especially known for her work with nuno felt, rich textures, and hand-dyed fibres.

Lena has been teaching feltmaking since 2012 and has been teaching online since 2018 through her school Felt With Lena. In November 2022, she launched the Felt With Lena Membership, bringing together a global community of makers to learn new techniques, build confidence, and enjoy feltmaking in a supportive, encouraging environment designed for different levels of experience.
