TERMS OF USE FELT WITH LENA

1. Terms

By accessing Felt With Lena Online Feltmaking School (the School), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in the School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

I hope you are happy with the product. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact me within a week. There is no refund, unless you viewed 10% only of the class.

2. Use of Site

Felt With Lena provides online classes, membership, information, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Felt With Lena authorizes each User to view videos only and download only PDF materials (not videos). PDF Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site. 

3. Refunds 

There are no refunds for any online classes. If you purchased a membership, you have 14 days to cancel and receive a full refund.

4. Membership Cancellation Policy

Monthly Membership can be paused or canceled after 3 months. If the the monthly membership is canceled before 3 months, an invoice can be issued for the remaining period.

If monthly membership is canceled in the middle of a two-month challenge, I reserve the right to cancel your membership with immediate effect. The challenge is designed for two months. I may ask you to pay for one more month if you have already begun participating in the challenge.

Customers are responsible for canceling their membership by accessing their student dashboard. While logged in select 'My account' from the dropdown box that will appear when you click where you see your name on the top right hand side of the screen. Select Billing. You will be able to cancel the subscription from this screen. 

5. Disclaimer

The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

6. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
