Felt With Lena provides online classes, membership, information, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Felt With Lena authorizes each User to view videos only and download only PDF materials (not videos). PDF Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Videos may not be downloaded, copied, recorded, or redistributed in any form. Memberships and course access are non-transferable and may not be shared with others. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
3. Access to Membership Content
Membership provides access to digital content, courses, live sessions, and community resources for the duration of your active subscription.
Access to membership content continues while your membership subscription remains active and in good standing.
If you cancel your membership, access will continue until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), after which access to membership content, live sessions, and community areas will be removed.
Membership grants access to content only and does not transfer ownership of any materials.
Felt With Lena reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content as part of ongoing membership development.
Felt With Lena does not guarantee lifetime availability of any specific content.
4. Subscription & Renewal
Membership subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled by the customer.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise recurring payments until cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future payments but does not refund payments already made beyond the 14-day refund period.
5. Refunds
There are no refunds for any online classes.
If you purchased a membership (monthly or annual), you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.
After 14 days, memberships are non-refundable, as immediate access to digital content is provided.
By purchasing a membership or course, you acknowledge and agree that access to digital content is provided immediately upon purchase. This waives your right to refunds beyond the 14-day refund period, except where required by law.
6. Membership Cancellation Policy
Monthly Membership
Monthly membership can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future payments. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given beyond the 14-day refund period.
Annual Membership
Annual membership can be canceled at any time to prevent future renewal. Cancellation stops automatic renewal at the end of the annual term. Access continues until the end of the paid annual period. No refunds are given beyond the 14-day refund period.
Challenges & Master classes participation and membership requirement
Some challenges and structured programmes within the membership are designed to be completed over a defined period and require an active membership.
If you choose to cancel your monthly membership while participating in a challenge, your access to challenge materials, live sessions, and related content may be removed at the end of your current billing period.
Challenges are designed as part of the ongoing membership experience and are not sold as standalone products. Continued participation requires an active membership.
If you wish to continue participating in a challenge, you must maintain an active membership subscription.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You agree not to share your account access with others. Felt With Lena reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing.
8. Termination of Access
Felt With Lena reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to membership or courses if these Terms are violated, including unauthorized sharing or misuse of content.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
9. Disclaimer
The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
